Maintenance Audits

Maintenance Audits provide a systematic and analytical means of identifying those changes, which are essential to improving the effectiveness, efficiency and return on investment of an organisation's maintenance function.

The aim of the audit is to define improved or alternate procedures, techniques or technologies, that will facilitate the control of maintenance, minimise maintenance costs, maximise plant condition, performance and availability.

Maintenance Evaluations

Development of a complete and integrated maintenance system during system development or procurement offers the most viable solution for minimising life cycle costs and maximising asset condition, performance and availability.

Reliability and Maintainability Analysis
Maximising plant availability, performance and condition for minimum maintenance costs, can be achieved through the application of Reliability and Maintainability Analysis (RMA) engineering.  These interdependent engineering disciplines are applicable over the entire life cycle of systems/equipments from initial definition and specification through design, development, production and in-service phases of equipment life.
The purpose of RMA engineering is to provide an intentional and optimal balance between in-service availability, performance, safety and durability for a given cost.
Technical Documentation

Modern mechanical, electrical and electronic systems demand high quality technical documentation to facilitate safe and effective operation, servicing, repair, overhaul and parts ordering.  Although these systems require specialised technical maintenance skills, there is a general industry trend towards multi-skilling, which results in tradesmen and technicians being responsible for the maintenance of broader ranges of equipment types.  These factors reinforce the requirement for high quality technical documentation and training to support the personnel responsible for maintenance and engineering management systems.
